🌗🌚🌓 Welcome to the mysteries of the Moon Lodge, a space where maidens, mothers, queens, and crones meet and share our stories, our pain, our sorrows, our joys, and celebrations.  Take a deep dive into the realm of the Divine Feminine, and be held and cradled in sisterhood. 

This month, the new moon will be in the watery sign of cancer. The new moon in Cancer could help people open up to new ideas and reevaluate their thought processes. The new moon could also help people see their old ways of thinking, being, and doing from a fresh perspective. 

What happens at a Moon Lodge Ceremony? 

🌹  We open ceremony with agreements about how we hold space for each other, without rescuing or taking away from someone’s process.

🌹We share what is in our hearts, souls, and bodies, and we embody our truest authentic form without fear of judgment from others.

🌹We discuss the astrology and the moon phases and how these energies and cycles affect our lives.

🌹We honor where we are at in our cycles and rejoice in the wonderfulness that is our brilliant bodies!

🌹We will connect with our heart spaces to feel into what is alive and what we’re desiring to release or welcome into our lives.

Join us for a day of nourishing self-care focused on nurturing your womb & belly. Learn new practices and skills for yoni health & wellness. 

There are a variety of ways for us to connect with our wombs and bellies and to take care of our bodies. In this workshop we are going to talk about and engage in numerous self-care practices we can incorporate into our daily routines that will invigorate and enliven our abdomens and pelvises.

During our afternoon together, we will do the following activities:

🌹A guided self abdominal massage, which can help you connect to your womb space, improve digestion, and boost mood, aid in relaxation, and give you a more empowered sense of self.

🌹We will discuss common ailments and imbalances of the vagina and uterus, menstrual and reproductive challenges.

🌹I'll introduce various holistic methods of self-care, such as yoni steaming, herbal supplements to support menopause, and yoni eggs and cervical wands.

🌹We'll engage in nurturing activities to nourish our bodies and souls, and sip on herbal tea for hormone and nerve support, and drink bone broth for gut wellness and immune health.

It's time to celebrate these glorious bodies and to honor our magical wombs and bellies! This will be an educational and empowering time of connection!

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine tradition that has been utilized for thousands of years to facilitate deeper heart opening and love, effortless focus, amazing meditation or spiritual practice, and for inspiration & creativity. Cacao is a powerful catalyst for all types of inner work, and in a ceremony, it supports our healing and growth. When approached this way, cacao will offer opportunities to cultivate greater self-love, awareness and expansion of our consciousness. This cacao comes from Guatemala and is single origin, organic, and fair trade, and created with love.

Authentic Relating Game Night Led by Rosh:

AR Games were created to give you a playbook for how to begin relating on an authentic level. Often communication starts and stops because we feel unsure about how to approach it, what to say, or what to ask. Turning communication into a game provides a guiding structure and set of agreements for everyone involved. This removes a lot of the stress and anxiety from connection, and adds in an inviting element of play.

AR Games (played with 2 or more people) are designed to take you from Surface level answers to → Sharing what’s really going on.

From Feeling disconnected to → Feeling a real bond.

From Not knowing what to say to→ A connected in-flow conversation.

From Lack of understanding to→ Gaining helpful insights about each other.

Playing these games help build skills for any relationship: Romantic partnerships, families, roommates, friends, community groups, teams, and clientele.

Bring a journal and a water bottle + something comfy to sit on (Yoga Mat / Blanket / Pillow).

Come one, come all as we Weave the Web of Community on Sunday July 21st from 2-6pm. Join Stephanie Brown and Jean Beneduci for a day of connection and community building at Jean's sanctuary in Pembroke, MA, Vibroacoustic Shamanic and Healing.

Whether you are a healing practitioner looking to meet other practitioners, or someone new to healing arts with a desire to learn more, this will be a wonderful opportunity to meet and mingle. Stop by for a bit or spend the whole day! We will have activities planned that you can pick and choose from, designed to help you drop deeper into your bodies and foster authentic connections with others.

Our gathering will begin at 2pm and you are welcome to wander the grounds, sit by the frog pond, and socialize. We will flow through activities during the day. Some of the things that we have planned, which are all optional, are as follows:

-Authentic Relating circle with guided practices to foster deeper friendships.

-Labyrinth Walk ritual

-Mandala creation to bring forth group intentions

-A water blessing

-A make-and-take arts and craft station.

🔥 There will be a full moon transformational fire ceremony after, and is a separate event, and starts at 7pm.
